My Dear CJI

Dear Chief Justice of India

Out of 543 +250+4100+ MPs/MLAs there are 4122 cases pending in courts [many are economic & Criminal offences]. Why don't the MPs/MLAs take a unanimous decision to forfeit the privilege of contesting in any further election for any Govt positions for that person. He/she may continue to serve in the current role as MP/MLA/MC as long as he/she is proved guilty.

It is unfortunate that SC  is unable to take suo moto rule in this issue as this would set an optimistic precedence for the largest democratic country in the world.

The 'old school of thought' politicians must give a sincere effort to make this happen and young politicians can initiate this dialogue across various forums in the country that gets heard by the people.

However, in 2014, SC directed that all MP/MLAs cases to be sorted within a year, this has never come into effect and politicians are clever to hire the best of the lawyers to deviate and circumvent their charge sheets to buy time and eliminate the evidences.

A petty thief is hunt down by police dept if he has provoked the ego of police or any politician, but the Central Govt MEA & SC are still busy with only paperwork for extradition of Vijay Malaya & Nirav Modi & Mehul Choksi. This shows utter lack of grit and determination to get the economic culprits back soon and start their trail ASAP. How come other countries do not send them back if our CJI, PM & President make a conf call to their CJI, PM. [Please don't tell me that process is not that simple, i insist that you make it so simple for such grave offences committed, you will find offences will reduce if this can happen; Its ridiculous that it took 2 years to extradite Michel, middleman  for Augusta chopper deal from UAE]

For me as a common tax paying man am unable to understand why my country is incapable of getting hold of these culprits ASAP and grill them to get the reasons behind their huge loses.

Dear CJI "Can you, in your capacity give a direction that any politician who have charge-sheets filed on them must not contest any elections until they are proved innocent. Also a caveat that close relatives of those politicians must also NOT contest representing them/their party in any elections"

26/11 or 7/11

Why hasn't the media and govt not hail 7/11 as worser than 26/11?

7/11 saw more deaths than 26/11

7/11 affected more families than 26/11

7/11 affected more common man than policeman

174 deaths in 26/11 Vs 209 people in 7/11....i think Media wasn't ready in 2006 rather has grown multifold in 2008/9...

Alarmed at the plight of Indian Fishermen based out of Tamil Nadu

Why does India have to wait for Uncle Sam to propose a resolution against the Srilankan navy attacks over Indian fishermen .
It is Rediculous that Human Rights does not apply to the working class from Tamil Nadu.

Will Kerala or Gujurat or Bengal keep silent if any of their fishermen were hurt by any neighbouring countries.

my frustration 2b continued later.....

Cricket

Its dis-hartening to always find Indian cricket captain blame the bowlers of poor show when batsman have let the team down.
Example: ODI against Oz on 26th Oct 2009 at Vadodara the Aussies were at one point 6/256 whereas Ind were6/190. The difference between 6/256 and 6/190 is the logical victory margin and it is entirely responsible with the Indian batsman who were unable to afford to get 75% of the target.

Indian Labourers

Indian Government should take concrete steps to restrict the dumping of Chinese goods into our market in order to protect the livelihood of our nation's labourers. Chinese goods with compromised quality has an attractive 'Look n feel' that lures the Indian middle class. Will continue on a later time...
